We ship any live animal orders separately from our enclosures and supplies. This is to ensure the animal arrives to you safely. We only ship live animals via FedEx Overnight. All live animal orders are packed in Styrofoam-lined boxes and include heat and cold packs, as needed.

We will only ship when weather and temperatures are safe for shipping and reserve the right to hold an order until shipping conditions are met.

All orders placed before 3 PM PT will be shipped the next Tuesday or Wednesday of that week.

Live animal orders under $75 will be charged an additional $10 box fee, to cover the cost of the shipping supplies. Orders over $75 have this fee waived. Live animals are only shipped via FedEx Overnight to ensure live arrival.

Yes, we do! Live arrival is guaranteed on shipments that are delivered on first attempt, or sent to be held at an approved FedEx pickup location and picked up the same day.
